• Payment information (securely processed by our provider Stripe)
• Usage data and technical information (device type, operating system)

Purpose of processing

Your data is used for: managing your account, processing your orders, activating your eSIMs, customer support, and improving our services. Your data is never sold to third parties.

Retention period

Your personal data is retained for the duration of your business relationship with SimyGo, then for 3 years from the last interaction, in accordance with legal obligations.

Data sharing

Your data may be shared with our technical partners (eSIM operators, Stripe payment provider) only to the extent necessary for service delivery. These partners are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
