Refund Policy

General principle

SimyGo eSIM plans are digital products activated instantly and are generally non-refundable once activated. However, SimyGo is committed to treating each request fairly.

Refund cases

A full or partial refund may be granted in the following cases: technical issue preventing eSIM activation, billing error, or service non-compliance with the plan description.

Request procedure

To request a refund, please contact our support at support@simygo.app providing:

  • Your order number
  • The purchase date
  • The reason for your request with any relevant screenshots

Processing time

Refund requests are processed within 7 business days. If accepted, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Exclusions

Not eligible for refund: fully consumed plans, expired plans past their validity date, and requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
